DELIVERY TIME: 2-4 WORKING DAYS

Orders are processed for shipment once the payment method is confirmed or the payment receipt is registered. The specified delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction, under normal order volume.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Standard orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the order is received. Please note that delivery times may be longer shortly after collection drops.

30-Day Return Policy

Not satisfied? – No problem!

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receipt and return it to us via DHL. Please use the Returns Center to register your return with us.
